prectorianTTMENU is a secondary firmware that will resolve old cart issues that can't play the newer games cause the new games got AP in it that need to be resolved using offsets to bypass it; which is what TTMENU a.k.a YSMENU is for. You need to read the READ ME text in the downloeded file and the guide in the topic link's page 1 that I gave earlier. Or ask the topic host 'iluvfupaburgers' for assistance on how to install an appropriate one that meet your cart type. There are lots of R4 types, and based on the files you mentioned its a clone version of an R4.I really suggest you download the latest version and open it, in it you can see several folder, use the appropriate version that meet your R4 type and follow the instructions in it. If you have problem, ask in the forum page that I linked earlier. I don't have a clone R4, mine is an original R4, its different. Good Luck. :)
thanks! i'll try this once i get home from work.

That's strange. If it works for CycloDS, it should also work for edge.

Ok, I checked again and saw where I goofed - turns out I placed the unpatched rom into my sdcard by accident.Whew!!

I confirm that the patch is also working for me. I'm using EDGE 2.1 and have played to the point where the first node appears.
Save works too.

YukenseiAnyone gotten this working with no$zoomer? Every permutation of booting it I can think of either gave me a blackscreen on startup(when booting directly, both encrypted and decrypted and with and without the patch) or caused the sound to spaz out and eventually just crash the emulator(when booting from the bios encrypted/decrypted and with/without the patch). I'm hoping it's just the dump or something weird happening.
I am having the same issue, i tried the pre patched rom and i tried patching it my self, which I did it correctly, and I get a black screen is there any fix to this?

I actually just figured out my problem for myself(at least presumably; the sound didn't spaz out like usual, but I haven't legit started playing yet). You want to start from the BIOS, for starters, and go into your NO$GBA.ini file. Search for the 'Emulate BIOS Functions ==' setting. You want it to be set to 'By real GBA.ROM (accurate)', not 'By 80x86 code (fast)', and it SHOULD work. If it's already set to the proper setting and you're booting from the bios already, I'm not sure, sorry.

the No$Gba.ini file where is the found do you mean .inp? and thank you very much for you help =)
Yukensei

You should be able to find NO$GBA.INI in the same folder as the emulator, much like the .inp file.

For No$gba users, just set your Reset/Startup Entrypoint to GBA BIOS(Nintendo Logo), save it, reset your emulator, and run the game.
