But there's almost no difference. I've been playing on emulators for the past week or so with absolutely no problem. You guys are gushing about something that barely has any effect. Good job, it's like whining about how Windows Xp SP2 is better than Windows XP SP3. Oh, that makes sense. With the exception of popsloader, there's almost no difference.
well i dont know, i got couple of app that i like, from what i read, not every app works on gen, so i'm not updating until i got no choice (when Peace Walker come out)

It's one of the first (from what I have read-true or not-another story) perfected CFW's for psp.
Dark alex did do alot-and almost all psp hackers seem to thank him.
So it's just a trusted sorce.
Gen-B still has a few bugs apparently, not many (plus that is why it's called Gen-B -it's BETA still-like gen-A -ALPHA) though...
...and just to ask, I seen vids of the 5.55 dycryptor working on m33 CFW-anyone dare to test?
I might give it a shot tonight.
well i'm busy right now, let me know how it turn out, i just want to get PW demo running.

Another Custom Firmware has been released, the 5.50 GEN-C.
It is said that this firmware is able to play the 5.55 and 6.00 games without anymore editing and such.

WHat happens exactly?
I have this one game that suddenly freezes when I used the GEN-C, I tried changing it to other modes but it still freezes and reboot the PSP.Haven't check it with other games, and after you install GEN-C the PSP freezes when it about to enter the XMB.
This error has been resolved though.

Dark-Alex is BACK !! Custom Firmware 6.00M33 will be launched soon
Dark-Alex has decreed the launched of firmware 6.00m33 and Gen-B for the PSP. He also states to take extra care that many people are creating their own firmware. Note: Most of the firmware are fake or viruses that could damage the PSP.
In addition, he has decreed that it is working on a project on the PSP Go, which is coming out soon in few weeks. It might takes at least Minimum one year to achieve. Dark-Alex Webpage will be continue updating with new data and new firmware soon.
Dark-Alex will help us to fight back against the Sony company, and give us many more contribution. It has been confirmed from Hecmex as a real fact, and also Alex-Dark site has changed the announced message to "The website will be available as soon as possible" in spanish."
