Firmware 5.55 recently released, Firmware 6.00 beta release from Developers

Well, this is new to us, that Sony is now releasing the beta release of Firmware 6.00.And Dark-Alex is still with us. Is this the opportunity that D_A is waiting for?No announcements for the 5.55 release date via internet download.PSP Firmware 6.00 has just recently been released to PSP developer’s, for the testing on PSP tool units and development kits for future PSP releases. It certainly seems firmware 5.55 and firmware 5.70 were simply releases to thwart further security bypasses / exploits, like the recent MOHH Exploit. Since Sony have released this firmware 6 beta its safe to assume, its more likely the retail PSP Go units will ship with firmware 6.00+ come October the 1st. What’s new in this firmware? At this stage its unknown, but likely to contain many new anti custom firmware measures and exploit fixes to stop would be hackers. ...he's say's he's not doing a 6.00m33 :(And with the new psp go's savestate feature, it almost seems he's working for them-or that they copied him.

Does that means we can't play the new games yet ? Sigh....

Yeah, there's a decryptor for newer games so they work on 5.55GEN-A.

Can I use cfw 5.00 m33-6 with this decryptor ? Or do I need to change it to 5.50 GEN ?

Never tried.Get the american version from...www.pspisoz.comAnd see if it works-change all the settings until ethier it works or you fail.If you fail...try Gen.You can always switch back...hell cat's recovery flasher or just a tool (pandora) battery :)I shall wait until ethier dark alex does something or my psp exploads.

And you tell people not to spam.I don't see people's attachment to M33. The only thing I liked was looking at the version number, 3.xx M33. It's more aesthetically pleasing than GEN-A. But there's almost no difference. I've been playing on emulators for the past week or so with absolutely no problem. You guys are gushing about something that barely has any effect. Good job, it's like whining about how Windows Xp SP2 is better than Windows XP SP3. Oh, that makes sense. With the exception of popsloader, there's almost no difference.
