Yes it does. ???I use Banshee for music and VLC for video.

I personally like WMP for listening to music.

I use VLC.

Windows Media player with codec pack on it , runs almost every thing smooth, just in case bkuz i dont trust MS and their stupid policy it got:VLC and WMP Clasic
