Metal Gear Solid 2 - Substance USA

This is one of the games that don't launch when installed into certain softmodded Xboxes, unless you straighten the console's videomode setting. To do this, install Enigmah in your Xbox (XBMC4Gamers has a downloader that makes this easy for you; it's called "Enigmah-X" there), launch it, and then switch to PAL then back to NTSC. Save and exit with LT+RT+Black. The game should now work.
