Unfortunately we cannot. Additionally, trying again won't change anything. you need to use a PC with a modern filesystem (NTFS,ExFAT or one of the Linux/Unix filesystems) to download because mobile devices use FAT32, which cannot and will never be able to store files larger than 4GB
It stuck at 3.99Gb I tried it like 5 times when it always get to 3.99Gb it will show download failed
This is probably because you are downloading onto a device using the FAT32 filesystem, which cannot handle files larger than 4GB.
