Sly 3 - Honor Among Thieves USA

2 bugs that I discovered during my play through both of these are found in episode 5 and the first one involves the misson "Dynamic Duo" where Bentley's bombs do nothing and its impossible to progress but can be solved (https://wiki.pcsx2.net/index.php/Sly_3:_Honor_Among_Thieves) the second one is the first mission that you do in the episode, when you go after the hat there is a chance that the boat that he has to jump on for you to chase him down wont spawn in this case you need to restart the level, reloading your save state will not solve this issue
