Metal Gear Solid 2, The Document of USA

This would have been a good download. I would have enjoyed experiencing the development behind Metal Gear Solid 2, but unfortunately you not only need an account to download, but you need a damn premium account to download files above 2 or 3 gigs. That totally isn't worth it if you plan to download just one file, but instead you have to pay 10 damn dollars just for a once time use. Thanks for that, guys. This ROM would only be good if you were curious about the developement/history of the game Metal Gear Solid 2.
