Time / Darkness / Sky was easier. Blue was harder and was more original.

In Time/Drakness you can evolve and change the leader/party just to do all of this requires you to beat the ENTIRE story line meaning more than just Dialga/Palkia. The final boss is Darkrai which comes after several more battles and by which that time your pokemon would be about lvl 45 without grinding.

I have the origanle game red and blue rescue team. It only kinda suck cause it dosnt have wi-fi conection when you wNt to send out a SOS mail. Still they are both good.

Nintendo was weird to have released this on the DS and its Red counterpart on the GBA. I mean i totally expected it to be in GBA. Anyways, at least dual screen enhancements are really worth getting. I played Red MD first so I kinda like it more. But this one is identical so I must like it equally.
