It's based on the movie more than the book (having just read it again in anticipation for the movie) but it still quite close. Pretty simple design - I've only been playing for a couple hours and am already about 1/2 - 2/3 of the way through the story, so hopefully it's not as short as it seems.

Excellent. I looked for this yesterday imagine my surprise when i saw it today. This is based on the film i think, but certainly the novel. Its in similar style to nightmarebefore christmas , and is kinda 3d cartoony. What looks initially like a childrens game, turns into a nice moody game for all ages. At least thats what gamespot say and the video shows us. Highly anticipated, and hopefully will live up to the hype.
