I really like TD games, and as far as I know, there's this game, Ninjatown (very funny), and the Homebrew WarCraft one. There's also Desktop Tower Defense, which should be coming out soon. And though it's not a traditional TD, Lock's Quest is a defense game.

Warcraft TD was amazing ( on warcraft ) (even the homebrew for the ds was good), but this...this doesn't deserve the name of TD. i played through the tutorial and part of the first level and thought "this is a waste of time"

This game seems a bit strategy based - you have to defend the penguins by building snow towers etc. Tutorial is provided which is helpful.
