The US release isn't out yet, so it's not 100% known, but for certain the title screen will say Dragon Quest IV, rather than just Dragon Quest, before the subtitle. The other possibility is some, or all, of the non-English language texts might be removed. But they might not. Don't know yet.

All cheaters must die, english translation: to have the best gaming experience you shouldnt use cheats untill you are palling your hair out and cant get any further because, believe it or not, when you use cheats it gets boring faster, this gameis awsome thanks xeno
