The difference is European has different languages and USA has 1 im not sure why they did that but maybe its because of the languages that arnt in any other country

If it does not work Update your R4 or any other card like M3 real or download ARM7 patch for your R4 or other card LOOK at youtube to find out HOW btw it works fine for me
