Doraemon - Nobita to 3tsu no Seireiseki

This title, as with the first in the series, is entirely in Japanese. However both voice overs and in game text are present making the game much more impressive. You start off on some type of island and begin by looking for your friends each of whom you can control once they are found. The game controls just fine and the audio and graphics are great. A fun title if you can speak Japanese but if you can't than you might want to steer clear of this one since it is reading intensive.
