zalda spirit tracks m3 ds real

i need help guys, when i play zelda the game always freezes at the snow place when you try to get into this cave. it just freezes with a black screen. i have sakura 1.44 and everything why doesnt it work...plz helpp me. :(

i formated the micro sd thingy and reinstalled firmware but it still freezes.., i dont know how to backup the files though.

Backing up as in copying all your files to another place (Desktop etc.). Make sure you have disabled all NDS settings (cheats, soft-reset, RTS) etc.
