Yugi-Oh 5Ds: Stardust Accelerator

Everywhere I download the rom from, it's always in spanish. Is it something with my emulator is it like that with everyone?

Read the "Game language is not English, even though I downloaded the (U),(E) version etc." part.https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=1462.0
