YSMENU.INI keeps coming back

The YSMENU.INI from my previous installation keeps coming back into the TTMenu folder...it's 0 KB and Notepad says the file is damaged...I can't copy anything over it...It says "Cannot copy YSmenu. File or folder is damaged or unreadable."...Any solution? I don't wanna format.

Backup, format.(Yes, I know you said you didn't want to, but that's the easiest step).
