For the R4.It replaces the old R4 firmware and has WAY better compatibility.

First backup all of your files to your computer.
Then delete the R4 firmware from your Micro SD Card.Then put the Wood R4 firmware on your MicroSD Card.Please don't PM me with the same question that you post in a thread.
