Xbox 360 NAT Type help..

Can someone help me go through the process of getting my NAT type to Open through MSN or through PM's on here?I don't won't to call up MS, because last time I called them I was on hold for 30 minutes, then had to spell "quality" to a guy 10 times before he got it right..

im guessing you need to forward a port on your router.

..I know that.Just whenever I look for the ports, I always get different answers..Edit: Also, not to sure if I'm doing the static IP thing right..
