Wood r4 freezing issues

Hi ive used wood R4 for quite a bit but just recently whenever im playing a rom and the ds is lightly bumped it freezes and often the r4 doesnt even load and just boots to the ds menuHow do i fix this

this is probably the flashcart being loose in the socket so when it gets bumped the connection with the contacts is broken.

Can i fix this
