Windows security center service can't boot?

=> I need to start it. I click it... => Couldn't be booted....The service disables itself after a minute.... and when I say: "start with delay" it doesn't work also.What to do?Edit: This happend after a big virus attack. It was weird. Pop ups opened when I booted my pc, Windows funtcions like back up or system restore were disabled....Now the only thing that remains is that this error keeps coming and that microsoft security essentails kind a boots. When it boots it directly closes...

I did. It only found a universal patcher that I use for Office 2010 that is safe because I use it on my other pc which doesn't show any problems
