Windows 7 Region glitch?

Ok so I got Devil May Cry 4 multilingual right? it had English, German, Spanish etc.Now i want it in english but I have a german computer. I don´t speak german so well so i wanted it in english. Now i noticed that when i first started the game it was in german so i changed the regional settings of win7 to America and/or Britain but when I start the game it´s still in german. WHat could be causing this? I am pretty sure I got the regional settings correct and the game was installed perfectlyAny help pls?

I believe the Regional Settings doesn't have any effect on that game, I set mine to other Regions, the game still run in english,
try checking if the game has offer any Language changes.Or, after you changed the region, restart your computer, if you haven't.

i checked and I can´t select the language. I think it´s determined by the xmb language =/
