Windows 7 actually works great!

I would like to share that I have been using the Windows 7 RC and it works like a charm. No problems for me. Way better than Vista. Microsoft actually made it work this time :o I am definitely planning to buy it when it comes out somewhere around The Holidays or in Fall. The setup is very easy to use and it looks very good too ;D This is definitely worth buying. All I can say is its just perfect. There are many new features too and many things that have been fixed that suck in Vista( which is like everything :P )Fear not my friends the Vista days are soon over ;D

Windows 7 is not perfect. It may be a vast improvement on vista, but there are things that need improving further.

Isn't that why it is still in beta?

its not in beta any more, its release candidate, which means its pretty much as it will be when its released.

I always wanted to install 7 on my computer, but I'm kinda scared that I might lose anything and plus, I'm too lazy to backup my stuff. o.o

I was mad when I missed the beta download. I really wish I could compare it to XP. I was reading a PC World magazine a while ago and they said it's supposed to be amazing. Can't wait for the release. =]

Yeah, Windows 7 seems pretty damned amazing so far. I've been running it for a few days and have installed Fruity Loops 8 and MANY VSTs. Photoshop CS3 as well. Nothing has ever crashed and sound quality with the VSTs, which weren't made for Win7 is great. Also running my soundcard with old drivers, not made for Win7. I like it. And nothings ever perfect, that's just impossible! :P
