If the 3DS games can even be dumped in the first place.

Maybe it will, but considering what happened to the DS Roms right now, we can't be sure.
The thought about 3DS Roms is still way ahead anyway.

We don't even know if there will be any flashcarts for the 3DS.

Some companies will probably come out with new ones...R3DS, Acekard 3Di...that would be interesting
