i know this may sound stupid but why is the nds section down? i've been a faithful (of sorts) member of romulation.net and this may be the first time i saw the nds section go down. why? is there some sort of warning from nintendo? i don't want to complain at you good people at romulation.net, i just want to know the reason. perhaps it was posted somewhere but i didn't have the time to search it. again i'm sorry if i double posted. will it be back up? when? thanks guys and good work to you all!
