Which is the better emulator for game boy games?

For playing old gbc games like Pokemon Crystal, is NO$GMB better, or is vba better?

VBA works fine for GB/GBC games.

Better than NO$GMB?

Yes, use the VBA, its better. For all GBA pokemon games, go here : http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=52949.msg1237389#newI'm planning to add more fan made pokemon games into the topic, got above 10 more titles to add. But I can't say when, since I'm rather lazy waiting for the uploading process due to my slow connection.
