which game has the best soundtrack? (minus games with mainstream music like GTA)

Rpg's have always been my favorite, and a crucial part of em' is the soundtrack. it's hard to get into a game with a crappy one. just want see which one gets the best review. and games with mainstream music like rock band or GTA don't count. i mean instrumental.Secret of evermore is probably my favorite. then FF7.

I personally think that Chrono Trigger has some of the best music ever! In fact, when I listened to my mp3 files of the music for the original SNES version and then again on the DS port of it, I couldn't tell the difference between them! :) I even listened with my headphones on!
