what's the best final fantasy game ever made on the DS?

me and my brother have been arguing whether it's FFCCRoF or FFIV..
but i want to know,
for other people, what is the best?i can't really decide either they're ll awesome.
But one of my favorites is FF Tactics A2...
that game got me thinking :P

Well, I think we should liimt the choices to original Final Fantasy titles made for the NDS, and exclude the remakes.FFCC Rings of Fate
FFCC Echoes of Time
FF Tactics A2(I cannot think of any other original FF games for the NDS)Personally I don't like the Chrystal Chronicle styles. Sure they are decent games, but I never liked the action rpg style. So my vote goes for FF Tactics A2, I love the Tactical RPG Genre

From the ones i've actually played on the DS ... i'd have to go with Crystal Chronicles Rings of Fate

Tactics A2.

Final Fantasy IV, hands-down.

FF tactics a2.

Why are there answers that are not FFIV?Actually, FFIV might be the best Final Fantasy game ever made.

because different people have different tastes.i mean, i do like all the other FF games on the DS (except FF12: RW. my god that sucked!) but for me FF4 stood out as the best.

FFTA2

i thought Echoes of Time was pretty good ... UNTIL IT TOLD ME I COULDN'T SAVE THE FILE!
:'(

FFIV. it was the best until I coudn't beat zeromus.

Exactly. Hated that part. ugh. Until now i don't know how to make that stupid thing work! darn it.

I kinda liked FF12... :P

No mention of FFIII yet? Then again...I mostly like it because Onion Knight's awesome :P

I kinda like revanent wings

ff12 or ff4. but since ff4 isnt exclusively for ds, and wasnt an original make its hard to put that on top as the best "ds" game. ff12 was real original, and like ff4 is a pretty tough game. but if i could only play one i would probably take ff4.

the best ever final fantasy game is in my opinion final fantasy vii not for ds but still the best version out so far

for sure ff7 is the best of all of the final's. ( i think its one of the best games there is.)

Either FFIV or TacticsA2
but for me FFIV wins by a little bit cause I prefer RPG over Turn Based

I'd say either VIII or IX
