What was the first manga you ever read?

Thanks for pointing out name of the pokemon. I've read the one with poliwhirl as starter, and but dropped. When I wanted to continue, all I could find was Pokemon Special.First manga I ever read was Akira. Though I didn't recognize it as 'manga' back then. I have liked comic all my live, and when I moved in the library from childrens book to adult section, I just pumped into Akira.

Pokemon Special is the title in Jap. The english title is Pokemon Adventures. They are the same :D

Are they? I just took a glimpse, and the main pokemon seemed to be pikachu. Guess it changed at some point. Okey, good to now. Though I think I'm past the pokemon age already :D

nobody is past the Pokemon age
nobody.

crazytunaI dont know, maybe the lack of names, bah whatever
maybe I should just call it spin-off

But it was so much better then the anime. And the names have a reason/pattern. :/

Yea, you got that right. The anime sucked badly compared to the manga.
