what the is up with downloads?

SephRename to .txt and open file in notepad, tell me what it says.

It has random code and random words in a html tag...I am using my psp to download but it worked when I downloaded CrashBandicoot2...

Don't resume the same download link, it changes over time, go to the download page, click download again, select location of incomplete file and it should resume fine.
