You sir should watch all of the Gainax stuff that came before it, as TTGL is just a fusion of all the good things from each series. Even down to TTGL's "I'm a bad ass" stance.

Tan Khai Jern · #4Mine whould be Rockman

Which one? EXE, Starforce, Ruby-Spears?

ace1o1 · #7Eureka Seven for sure.To me, nothing else can even come close to this masterpiece.

Sadly though not everyone sees it that way, though I must say I was rather shocked to see the similarities between Eureka Seven and NGE.

You sir need to get off the Main Stream.

`BLEACH && NARUTO :)

My favourites would be:
1. Katekyo Hitman Reborn
2. Bleach
3. Cowboy Bebop
4. BleachI love main-stream to much :3

Bleach.

My top 5:1. Detective Conan/Case Closed - Has been my favourite for YEARS.
2. Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro - Amazing Horror/Mystery. Too bad the anime of it ended after only 20+ episodes. :(
3. Cowboy Bebop - This and Detective Conan have excellent dubbing, so I recommend watching the dubbed versions first.
4. Black Jack: The Two Doctors of Darkness - Loved it and the movie which made me a Osamu Tezuka fan.
5. Azumanga Daioh - I normally don't like the "school life" like anime, but this one was HILARIOUS.Apart from those, I don't watch much anime.

I kind of stopped watching Anime, but my favorite is Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I watched Naruto, Bleach and Dragonball Z, what'ya know.

The only anime I watch these days is Hetalia. But some of my favorites are also Yu-Gi-Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh GX, Rurouni Kenshin. :D
