What Happened To Fate Of The Dragon II?

I have looked everywhere, read everything, but aside from a few screenshots, an archaic stub article, and scattered reports of a Chinese release, I can find very little record that the game was ever ANNOUNCED, never mind released. Does anybody here know what happened to it? I have played the original for about 4 years now and even if the sequel in chinese I might still like to play it.

I don't believe it exists.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Kingdoms:_Fate_of_the_Dragon
http://www.gamefaqs.com/search/index.html?game=Fate+Of+The+Dragon&platform=0&s=sOnly one site even lists info about it, and says it was released in 2004. But I don't believe it's true.
