What happened here?

Yo guys, I would just like to ask, what happened here? Its been a long time since I went to this site, I was searching for a game, and when I'm about to download it, I saw colors on the download tab, what's up with the color coding? the yellow and red tab colors on the download tab?

Read what it says, it explains it very well.
