What Game is This ?!

I wasn't sure where to post this other than in "Game Help", so I do apologize if I got it in the wrong spot. Anyway I was wondering if anyone at all could reveal to me the name of this game located "http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_JZ6oaHSwqMM/STO2T4bM9yI/AAAAAAAAJfk/SKIlpjKg5rs/s400/NintendoDS3G.jpg"

the bottom screen looks like advance wars......but im not sure about the top :P

Thanks ! The bottom screen was most definitely Advance Wars. I do not know if the image has been photo-shopped or anything, I suppose it is possible the top image is from a different game.

top screen looks like Battalion Wars for GameCube.

I think its edited because the screen size is not the same.

bad edit
