What Flash Carts Are Blocked

I know Nintendo is blocking flash carts now but I was thinking of getting either the DSI XL or 3DS XL to use a flash cart to play my GBA games on the larger screen. Is SupercardDsTwo blocked? What if I were to find a used system will it work on the DSI XL?

SupercardDsTwo is working for 3ds XL. fully functional. DSi XL not sure.

Ok and on the latest system firmware if I were to buy a brand new 3ds xl?

you can always check from supercard original website.
