What does this game has been removed due to DMCA mean?

what does this mean, and how do I take care of the problem

It meant the copyright owner instruct for the access to the game be removed.

thanks

is there anyway around it?

You could post a rom request and hope someone who've it will be willing to share with you their copy, otherwise none. : https://forum.romulation.net/forums/rom-request.12/

Does this mean Romulation are going to give our details to Nintendo, the police and or the feds?

No, it means nothing of the sort. It simply means we have to remove access to the specified game.
