Using a free host is usually not optimal, for instance, can you export the data? If not then when you grow too big for your free host you'll have to start all over.

I remember the days when everyone used to do stuff like this. I made a website with the latest 20 GBA roms that I updated daily.I think you need to make a bit of content and an actual website, a forum on it's own with no specific genre is just too vague, I think you need to change it to more specific boards, whether it be gaming or anime or whatever. Nice design though :P
