What do I need for Dolphin?

alright so I downloaded Dolphin and what do I need

A rom to try it out of course.

You have everything you need when you download the Dolphin emulator, you may need to adjust a couple of options to suit your need.You will need a decent PC though.

I got it running, graphic don't seem to be a problem but audio is lagged to hell

Odd, I downloaded the emulator with a rom with a torrent ...
Well, maybe they don't include it at the official website.

its probably an issue with my pc since I got it late '05 early '06
