What cursor and theme do you use?

For Windows.Theme:
Unknown (some sort of Windows Classic, but then really weird...)Cursor:
Windows XP

classic theme and adaptive cursors (they change colour to oppose whatever colour is behind them, makes it easier to find)

I have an invisible cursor so I can see text when going over with it.

no not invisible, it changes colour to stand out on the background. i.e the cursor is white when the background is black, and black when its white. it changes colour in between so it always stands out.

I hide my cursor and theme for now, I am expirimenting... Office 2007 was annoying.
