What are the best memories at RomU?

Sometimes I fear that when the 3DS arrives RomU is gonna die... Also many old members are online but never posting.... It is a shame! But hey, all those years we had a great time and let's go RomURetro ;)Which topics were the best, in your opinion, or what are the most epic stories?

RomU is gonna die even after the 3DS is realeased anyway.

My favorite RomU memory has got to be several friends who are no longer with us like Equitypetey, Almo, anandjones (though he sometimes lurks the forums), IBlacks1, rounds25, sirspamalot & Renji.

Same to be honest, just different friends.Miss_g, koyuchan are the first 2 that come to mind since they welcomed me, then some like ace101 who's still here and soooo many others...Not much can help this forum currently, the technical help is still running but no fun there, but I'll go down with romU :)

The RomU (Mini) War amused me for a second, until I woke up.

IRC is pretty much the only place good memories happenedAlthough my crusade against equity was crazy fun

Most of the good roms are gone from the main site, most noobs came for ds games...Alot of quality titles are around, just no ds titles, forums only...

Speaking as someone who has seen romsites die before? Yeah, this place is pretty much gone.

noo romu can't be gone i love it and the forums are great i am gonna stay until i am the only one on the whole site if it is needed romu ftw

The whole Girogex incident has to be one of my favourite parts, the website had me in hysterics.

Oh man, great times.
The best part was when that carried over to the IRC.And for the record, I never really used the site for ROMs. I just use it for the forum, because it's one of the best forums I've used.

It's littlekid you need to thank for that, he came up with an absolute masterpiece of a website at very short notice. I believe ricky helped a bit as well.

Most of the ROMs may be gone, but as long as the community is around, or unless seph gets bored with the forums & site RomU will still be around.

Seph is already bored and fed up with all the kids and the non existent roms, no wonder there is no upcoming update coming soon.
