That's called a utopia, AKA CRAZY LAND! (Also No money.sharing = Communism essentially)
No really, if somewhere like that existed people would go crazy, a lot. MegaMan X is a world similar to that, except Robots seem to go Maverick or Irregular a lot. In other words, shit goes bad, a lot.
