weird question about making something

ok, i noticed the dsiware and other such on here and was wondering if there is any way to make a type of distro rom for the flashcart to send them to a DSi/3DS?or would this very hard to do? i know this sounds weird but i couldnt really find anything on this

DSIware is encrypted and locked to the console they are downloaded on. The roms are useless and only exist for completeness.

ahh.. thank you loony on answering this :( this sucks though, cause im looking for one of them right now and well it sucks they do not have it on the eshop anymore
