weird but a pain, pokemon location

ok, i have tried to hunt down deino (i think thats its name) the hydra-pokemon, but to the death of me, i cannot find it in victory road, so i need to ask, where and when is the best time to find this little bugger? cause really would like to test it out for my team im redoing >__>

well, no frigging wonder why i can't seem to find it, its like my luck i had with the original red/blue games getting dratini :(by chance does anyone have an egg or an extra deino, since i can breed it to properly get the one im after hopefully

pinwheel forest is where virizon is :Dfollow the main bridge in pinwheel, then there should be a small cutoff on the right after the bridge just follow that to the right-up then you will see the clearing where you have to go to find virizon there :) hope this helps you
