okay i am gonna have a contest on my website and i am gonna put the file on my website so the winner can open the file so can i do it or will i be banned please tell me because i don't want to get banned.

Once you download a rom from here, feel free to do whatever the hell you want with it. As far as contest prizes go though, it's pretty shoddy.And by the way, Loony is an admin.

Look at the rank part of the profile's displayed.Looney and Seph are admins.Mods can help as well.

giving a rom you downloaded for free from a website which anyone can download from is a pretty pathetic competition prize.

if it was a really big and rare game (ie metal gear solid 3) that might be good...otherwise...looney said it.
