dr hardware 2009 should tell you what the audio chip is, then you look on the manufacturer's site

well this is what dr.hardware provided me
Product Name: ALI M5451 PCI AC-Link Controller Audio Device
Unit: 5451
Vendor Code: 10B9
Vendor Name: Acer Labs
Sub Vendor: NEC
Sub Product: Device ID 8198h
PCI Type: Standard-PCI
RAM-ROM-I/O: 8800h(I/O) F0011000h(MEM)

Int. Line (IRQ): 11
i been searching using "ALI M5451 PCI AC-Link Controller Audio Device" in google without any usable result (which i got from aida32)... most of the result i got either advertising page for driver detection program or unanswered post from people who are searching for it as well.
