Help me out please. Just need some basic tutorials to get me going up on my Visual.

Video tutorials are generally easy to understand. Try searching "C++ video tutorials".

Wrox Press have a good one in help file format, it's often bundled with IDEs. If you can't find it I'll send you a copy.
