VBA/NO$GBA saves to GBA_exploader

HiI have some VBA and No$Gba saves that i played before and i need to put them on my NDS gba_exploaderwhere do i put them? and do i need to convert them?i have:
.sav
.sa1
.sg1.sgm
.sg1witch one do i use?

Get the latest non MOONSHELL version.

The save has to be the same name as the rom. (blahblah.gba and blahblah.gba.sav)

Hi againi tried to start the Expansion RAM but it just resets everything:S i cant even select a game

Don't start the expansion ram, I think it is the SRAM.
