USA Regions and Euro regions

As a newbie to the world of DS I have a quick question.
Do USA game downloads also work in DS systems bought in Europe ?
Not sure should I download USA games also or just Euro games, all comments appreciated.Cheers..... :)

Yes they are not region locked.
