Uploading ds roms

Ive asked this question before,and Seph gave me a link to a program,but the program didnt work.So can anyone recommend a program so that I can upload a ds rom.I would like to test it out on a game my wife bought "Thomas-Hero Of The Rails"

I use rapid share, it's crap for many people but unlike media fire it gave me accurate upload details...unless my laptop well and truly hates me.

I wasnt clear enough-its to get it from the ds cartridge to a file for uploading.Seph said use some nds backup tool-but it didnt work.There must be something out there that does

If you are dumping a cartrage, try a few sites on google for advice, type in what comes to minedI have nether dump't a cartrage so i will not know, I just thought this topic was for uploading ownly...
