Update my 3ds and dstwo

its been a while since i updated both my card and my device and i kind of forgot the order i should do thing and how to avoid briking the dstwo.

flashcart first, always. Also make sure that the flashcart update is compatible with the firmware version you're going to put on your 3ds, if it isn't then dont update the 3ds.
